    Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

    By accessing or using this website (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms govern your use of our Dubai-based tourism services platform. The platform is operated by Wanderlux Travel Agency L.L.C., a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE), and all services offered through the Site are provided directly by us (without third-party involvement). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Site immediately. You may only use the Site if you are at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time; continued use of the Site after changes are posted will constitute your acceptance of the updated Terms. As required under UAE consumer protection laws, we present our policies clearly and will comply with relevant UAE regulations.


    Description of Services

    Our website offers travel-related services worldwide. Specifically, we provide tour bookingshotel reservations, and travel guides/content. You can browse and select tours or hotels, create an account, make a booking, and pay directly on our Site. We deliver these services ourselves – there are no third-party providers or agents involved. All tours and hotel bookings are subject to availability at the time of booking and payment. For the purposes of UAE law, our offerings are considered “services” provided by a UAE supplier. We strive to ensure that all service descriptions, prices, and availability information on the Site are accurate and up-to-date.


    User Account Creation and Responsibilities

    To use our booking and account features, you must create a user account. When creating an account, you must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information (such as your name, contact details, and any required identification). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. You must not share your account or login credentials with others, and you must not allow anyone else to use your account. You may only use the Site and your account for lawful purposes. You must comply with all local laws and regulations when making bookings or using our content. In compliance with UAE data protection requirements, we commit to protecting your personal data. We will safeguard the privacy and security of your personal information and will not use it for unauthorized marketing purposes. You are responsible for ensuring that any information you post or submit does not infringe on any third-party rights.


    Booking and Payment Terms

    When you make a booking on our Site, you agree to pay the full amount for the selected service (tour or hotel) at the time of booking. Prices are displayed on the Site and are confirmed in your booking summary. All prices are stated clearly before you confirm payment, and may include applicable taxes and fees; we will not charge hidden fees later. We accept major payment methods (for example, credit/debit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, and other commonly accepted methods). Your credit card will be charged at the time of booking. If the payment is successfully processed, we will send you an email confirmation along with a dated invoice/receipt. This invoice will include our trade name, address, a description of the service booked, the price paid, and any other legally required details. (As mandated by UAE law, the invoice will be provided at least in Arabic; for your convenience, an English version may also be provided.) The invoice serves as proof of purchase and should be kept for your records. If we discover any pricing or booking errors (for example, due to a technical glitch), we reserve the right to cancel the affected booking and refund any amount already paid; however, we will notify you promptly in such cases. Refunds will be made to the original payment method, and any currency conversion fees or charges imposed by banks/credit card companies are your responsibility.

    • Payment Methods: We accept the following payment methods: Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa Card and Master Card. All payments must be cleared before the booking is confirmed.
    • Payment Security: Payment transactions are processed through secure payment gateways with industry-standard encryption. We do not store your full payment details on our servers.
    • Invoices: After payment, you will receive a dated invoice (fulfilling UAE legal requirements) via email. The invoice will list our company details, the services purchased, and the total charges.
    • Booking Confirmation: A booking is only confirmed once we have received full payment and sent you a confirmation email. We will not be responsible for any bookings where payment failed or was incomplete.


    Cancellation and Refund Policy

    We understand that travel plans may change. Our cancellation policy aims to be reasonable and fair, and is described below. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing (e.g. email to our support address). The cancellation and refund terms depend on how far in advance you cancel relative to the scheduled start date of the service:

    • Full Refund: If you cancel at least 7 days before the scheduled tour or hotel booking date, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid, minus any non-refundable service fees (if applicable).
    • Partial Refund: If you cancel 3 to 6 days before the scheduled date, you will receive a 50% refund of the amount paid (the remaining 50% will be retained as a cancellation fee).
    • No Refund: If you cancel less than 72 hours (3 days) before the scheduled date, or if you fail to show up (“no-show”) for the service, no refund will be issued.

    For multi-day tours or packages, cancellations will generally be treated on a per-service basis according to the timelines above. Any modifications to bookings (such as changing dates or number of participants) are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. In cases where a booked service is labeled as non-refundable (for example, a special promotional rate or certain hotel reservations), no refund will be issued upon cancellation.

    If we must cancel a confirmed booking due to unforeseen circumstances (such as insufficient bookings, changes in operational capacity, or force majeure events), you will be offered either a full refund or a credit of equal value toward a future booking. In exceptional circumstances beyond our control (force majeure, including natural disasters, pandemics, acts of war, etc.), we will attempt to reschedule or refund as appropriate, but we cannot guarantee that all bookings can be accommodated. All refunds will be processed within 30 days of confirmation of cancellation and will be returned to the original form of payment.


    Limitations of Liability and Disclaimers

    Your use of our services is at your own risk. We provide the Site and all services “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that your bookings will always be fulfilled without disruption; travel (including tours and hotel stays) inherently involves risks. We strongly recommend that you obtain comprehensive travel insurance before booking. Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or our services is limited to the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. In no event will we be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive or special damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or personal injury (even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages).

    • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information on the Site or provided through our travel guides. All content and guides are for general information only and should be used at your discretion.
    • We are not responsible for any personal injury, illness, death, property damage, or other losses that may occur during or as a result of tours, hotel stays, or travel activities booked through our Site. You assume all risk for your travel and activities.
    • While we strive to ensure all services meet reasonable standards, we make no warranty regarding the quality or availability of any tour, hotel, or guide. We disclaim all other warranties, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
    • We are not liable for delays or failures in performance caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, transportation delays, political unrest, or other “force majeure” events.
    • Important: UAE law prohibits unfair contract terms that harm the consumer. Accordingly, nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any liability or obligation that we cannot lawfully exclude or limit under mandatory law. To the extent a provision here is found unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to be enforceable, and all other provisions will remain in effect.


    Intellectual Property Rights

    All content on the Site—including text, images, graphics, videos, logos, software, and travel guides—is the property of Wanderlux Travel Agency L.L.C or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use this content for personal, non-commercial purposes related to your travel planning and bookings. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, publicly display, perform, create derivative works from, or exploit any content on the Site for any public or commercial purpose without our prior written permission. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. Trademarks and logos used on the Site belong to us or their respective owners; use of any trademarks without consent is prohibited.


    Governing Law and Jurisdiction

    These Terms and your use of the Site are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai. You hereby submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of resolving any such disputes. (The UAE Consumer Protection Law applies to our services provided to consumers in the UAE.)
