    Refund eligibility is governed by the specific terms of each tour, hotel, or flight package. Customers should review the cancellation rules specified in the product description at the time of booking, as those terms dictate any applicable refunds or fees.


    Tour Cancellations

    • Full Refund (15+ Days): Tour bookings cancelled at least 15 days before the scheduled tour date is eligible for a full refund.
    • Late Cancellations: If a tour cancellation is requested less than 15 days before departure, a cancellation fee will apply. The exact percentage fee varies by tour package and is specified in the tour’s booking details. All cancellation fees are percentage-based and depend on the type of tour.
    • No-Show or After Tour: Cancellations on or after the tour date (including no-shows) are not eligible for any refund.


    Hotel and Flight Cancellations

    • Partner Policies Apply: Hotel and flight bookings each follow the cancellation and refund rules of the respective partner (hotel or airline). These rules are clearly communicated at booking. Customers should consult the specific terms provided for each reservation.
    • Administrative Fee: We charge a flat AED 100 administrative fee for each cancellation or change request of a hotel or flight reservation. This fee is in addition to any penalties or charges imposed by the hotel or airline.


    Company Cancellations (By Us)

    If we need to cancel your confirmed booking (for example, due to extreme weather, force majeure, or a tour not meeting the minimum group size), you will receive a full refund of the booking amount. There is no cancellation fee for company-initiated cancellations. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and may offer alternative dates or rescheduling options where available.
